1Who we are

For the purpose of UK and EU data protection law, the data controller is More You Days, a brand of TOM TROTTER FIT WELLNESS COACHING - FZCO.

2What we collect

When you fill in the waitlist form, we collect what you give us:

• Your name and email address.
• Your Instagram handle, if you choose to add it (optional).
• The goal you pick, and anything you write in the open message (optional).

We also collect a small amount of technical data automatically when you visit — your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move through the page — through analytics. See our Cookies page for the detail.

We do not collect health or fitness data on this site. Weight, measurements, photos and anything about how you train or feel are only ever collected later, inside the coaching app, once you are a paying member — and that is covered by its own terms at that point, not here.

3How we use it

• To hold your place on the waitlist.
• To contact you before we open, and to tell you when you can join.
• To understand how many people are interested and improve the page.

We will not use your details for anything you would not expect from joining a waitlist, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4Our legal basis

• Consent — for holding your place and emailing you about the launch. You gave it by joining, and you can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for basic analytics and keeping the site secure, balanced against your rights.

5Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run the waitlist. They process your data on our instructions, and only to do their job:

• Supabase — stores the waitlist entries (database hosting).
• Resend — delivers our emails to you.
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Google Analytics — measures site traffic.
• Our own customer-management system, so we can keep track of enquiries and get back to you.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it. Otherwise, that is the whole list.

6Where your data goes

The entity behind More You Days is registered in the United Arab Emirates, and the services above may store or process data in the UK, the EU or the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep it protected to the same standard.

7How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until we have opened and given you the chance to join, plus a reasonable period after — or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are legally required to keep some of it.

8How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it, and the services we use are established providers with their own security measures. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.

9Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can:

• Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to restrict or stop using it.
• Ask for it in a portable format.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

To do any of these, email hello@moreyoudays.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

10Children

The waitlist is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact hello@moreyoudays.com and we will remove them.

11Changes to this policy

As More You Days grows from a waitlist into the full service, this policy will be replaced with a fuller one that covers the coaching app. We will update the effective date at the top when it changes.
